Job summary

vibehackers is seeking a Software & AI Solutions Architect to design software architectures and lead AI-augmented development across client projects. You will translate business requirements into precise AI prompts and production-quality code, serving as the technical contact for client teams.

The role blends system design, hands-on AI coding, and delivery leadership to accelerate project outcomes. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years in software development with growth into solution architecture and delivery leadership.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
• Strong prompt engineering to convert business requirements into production-quality AI output.
• Experience with project estimation, scoping, and delivery management, ideally using Agile/Scrum.
• Solid coding experience across modern web technologies, databases, and UIs.
• Strong communication skills and comfort delivering updates to clients.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Design and deliver software solutions as a Software & AI Solutions Architect by combining system architecture, hands-on AI-augmented development, and delivery leadership; translate business requirements into precise AI prompts and production-quality code while serving as the technical point of contact for clients.

Role

The Software & AI Solutions Architect will serve as a key operational partner to the Applications and Analytics Delivery Leader, designing software architectures, writing and directing code using AI development tools, and translating business requirements into precise AI prompts to accelerate delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design software architecture and system plans based on project requirements
• Write, test, and debug code, directing AI-assisted development and vibe coding tools to speed delivery
• Translate business logic and technical requirements into precise, effective AI prompts
• Review and validate AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and architectural fit
• Partner with delivery leadership on project estimation, scoping, and delivery management
• Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed on status, milestones, and risks
• Serve as the technical point of contact for client IT and development teams on integration work

Requirements

• Familiarity with React, PHP, AWS, or serverless/cloud platforms

Team and Reporting

Reports to the Applications and Analytics Delivery Leader within the Application Development division and acts as a key technical partner for delivery leadership and client engagements.
