Job summary

SoftPro is seeking a Software Trainer to join our Training team in Raleigh, NC or remotely. You will deliver high-quality training to customers, helping them maximize our real estate closing and title software.

You will lead public classes, private sessions, webinars, and on-site training across the U.S., collaborating with instructional designers, creating knowledge resources, and staying current with SoftPro products and industry trends to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience in the escrow/closing industry and 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Positive, energetic personality and a collaborative mindset.
• Training experience is a plus; we’ll help you grow if you’re passionate about teaching.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; SoftPro exposure is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead public training classes, private sessions, and web-based training.
• Host interactive seminars and tailor training to client needs.
• Travel across the U.S. (and occasionally internationally) for on-site training.
• Partner with instructional designers to shape learning materials.
• Contribute articles and internal knowledge resources; support QA for releases.

This role can be based in our Raleigh, NC office or remote, offering flexibility and the chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

As a SoftPro Trainer, you’ll be the go-to expert for delivering high-quality training to our customers. You’ll empower users to get the most out of our industry-leading software through engaging learning experiences.

Your work will include:

• Leading public training classes, private sessions, and web-based training.
• Hosting interactive seminars and collaborating with clients to tailor training to their needs.
• Traveling across the U.S. (and occasionally internationally) to deliver on-site training.

Beyond training, you will Partner with instructional designers to shape impactful learning materials. Share your expertise through articles and internal knowledge resources. Stay ahead of the curve on SoftPro products and industry trends. Support quality assurance for new product releases. Provide consultative insights on customer workflows and best practices.
