Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to multi-task while being attentive to customers and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and make a connection with customers.
• Directing customers to merchandise and informing them about events, promotions and offers.
• Cross-selling products and knowing layout of the store; upsell based on customer needs.
• Using a Point-of-Sales system and handling transactions accurately.
• Be the keeper of merchandise and participate in inventory processes.
