Job summary

Navy Exchange Service Command is seeking a Sales Associate for Softlines (Flex) at the Patuxent River location. You will greet customers, explain features, and assist with merchandise selection while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays. Prior retail exposure is helpful, but not required, as training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to identify customer needs.

• Accurate cash handling and processing of transactions using POS system.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with periodic counts.
• Be reliable, punctual, and flexible to cover varied work hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
