Responsibilities

• Develop annual category strategies and manage licensee relationships.
• Oversee contract negotiations and quarterly performance reviews.
• Budget and forecast sales and royalty revenue; prepare sell-through reports.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Retail Development and Product Development.
