Job summary

Nordic Naturals is seeking a Softgel Manufacturing Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Wed-Sun, 8:00 PM–4:30 AM). You will oversee the softgel production process, ensuring high-quality output and strict adherence to SOPs and cGMP.

The role requires leadership, strong safety awareness, and hands-on coaching of the production team. Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, maintaining equipment, training staff, and driving efficiency improvements while upholding safety standards across the shift

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years direct experience with softgel manufacturing.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily softgel production and ensures adherence to schedules.
• Ensures product quality and compliance with specifications and standards.
• Trains and coaches staff on safe operation of equipment and procedures.
• Monitors safety compliance and enforces company SOPs and GMPs.
• Acts as liaison between production and maintenance and implements process improvements.
