Qualifications

• Prior coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential student-athletes and recruit qualified players.
• Manage roster size in line with program expectations and enrollment goals.
• Oversee and allocate athletic scholarships/financial aid within budget.
• Coordinate daily practice plans and game day preparation.
• Organize travel, lodging, and meals for road trips, and complete expense reports.
• Supervise student-athletes regarding academics, eligibility, and conduct.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Enrollment Management on recruitment and retention strategies.
