Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma; preferred current WCSD teachers.
• Experience coaching or advising in the activity.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with students and provide sound leadership; promote sportsmanship and safe practices.
• Maintain cooperation and communicate with the Principal/Athletic Director regarding the program.
• Develop a system for accountability, upkeep and protection of equipment.
• Foster good public relations in the school and community.
• Attend contests and practice sessions.
• Complete reports evaluating the activity and suggest improvements.
