Job summary

Pharmavite is hiring for a Soft Gel Operator to clean, assemble and maintain Soft Gel equipment, ensuring products meet specifications. You will inspect and test machinery, troubleshoot issues, and keep detailed maintenance records.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in Soft Gel operations and fluent English, with a High School diploma or equivalent. The role requires physical work in a manufacturing environment, adherence to safety standards, and may involve overtime based on production

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of related experience in Soft Gel operations or tool crib maintenance.
• Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Clean Soft Gel tooling (dies and wedges) and related parts.
• Clean Soft Gel pumps, cases, and associated parts; disassemble, steam clean, rinse, polish.
• Re-assemble Soft Gel pumps and cases; inspect and test equipment.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform minor mechanical repairs with hand tools.
• Maintain logs of tools, dies, service, cleaning and calibration.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and GMPs; assist with changeovers.
