Job summary

ProCaps Laboratories in Henderson, NV is looking for a responsible individual to operate and inspect equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The job requires a high school diploma and the ability to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Additional duties include maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively, and meeting production goals.   • Tear down, set up, clean, and operate assigned equipment.

  • Maintain neat, concise, and accurate records for all documentation.

Position Summary

Responsible to tear down, set up, clean, and operate assigned equipment. Additional duties will be to follow all standard operating procedures and work instructions for performing the inspection role.

Minimum Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks accurately in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to follow regulatory and company policies and guidelines
  • Proficient in basic math
  • Ability to use computers for data entry and labor reporting
  • Demonstrated attention to quality and safety
Other Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Adheres to existing corporate policies and procedures in the production department, including regulatory, quality, safety, cGMPs, and good housekeeping guidelines and programs
  • Follows all batch ticket instructions and steps for inspection purposes
  • Conducts assigned work in a safe manner and adheres to company safety regulations and policies
  • Conducts accurate inventory/material transactions in a timely fashion
  • Meets or exceeds daily production goals
  • Follows proper equipment/room quality clearances to ensure a high‑quality product
  • Maintains neat, concise, and accurate records for all associated documentation
  • Identifies and elevates issues adequately
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English via speaking, writing, and reading
  • Perform other job duties and responsibilities as assigned
Work Environment
  • A large percentage of the time is spent in the production area where noise level can be moderate to high
  • Duties are performed primarily in a smoke‑free manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and reach
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
