Job summary

CACI International is seeking a SOF Threat Analysis SME and Cell Lead to helm an all-source intelligence team supporting USASOC/USSOCOM and TSOCs. You will manage analysts, deliver threat assessments, and refine analytical methods for irregular warfare and multi-domain planning.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, senior-level coordination, and the ability to mentor junior analysts while engaging with mission partners to synchronize intelligence efforts.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years experience, or an associate degree with 15+ years, or 20+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in intelligence coordination roles at O-5+ level or equivalent DoD program.
• Experience in intelligence support to targeting and global operations.
• Familiarity with portals and real-time knowledge management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of contractors in all-source intelligence production.
• Provide mentorship to analysts in multiple intelligence disciplines.
• Coordinate with customers and PM to deliver plans and deliverables.
• Develop and refine analytical methodologies to support SOF operations.
• Supervise development of intelligence products and training materials.
