You will develop intelligence products, coordinate with partners, and guide analysts to deliver actionable assessments for irregular warfare and multi-domain operations. You will mentor junior analysts, supervise contractor staff, and help refine analytical methods.

Qualifications

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience or equivalent, or 20 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in intelligence coordination roles at O-5 level or above.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain interface with senior customer organizations and plan deliverables.
  • Keep customer and contractor management informed of issues, risks and accomplishments.
  • Mentor junior All Source, SIGINT, GEOINT and HUMINT analysts.
  • Serve as embedded Intelligence Analyst if required.
  • Analyze multi-domain intelligence to support target development and operations.
  • Deliver timely, actionable intelligence to inform decision-makers.
  • Conduct all-source research and target development across databases.
  • Teach and mentor supported SOF personnel in these activities.
  • Supervise analysts and develop training solutions.

The Opportunity

As a CACI- SOF Threat Analysis SME and Cell Lead, you will serve as the lead of a threat analysis, intelligence producing team supporting TF 40-25, US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) / US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), the Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCS), and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will be responsible for providing expertise and delivering all-source intelligence support to inform decision-making for irregular warfare and multi-domain operations. You will advise on the development and refinement of intelligence analysis and production methodologies and analytical pathways to enable integrated planning and synchronized operational execution across land, air, sea, space, and cyber domains. Deliver direct intelligence support to SOF units, developing intelligence products and coordinating intelligence support packages to meet their operational requirements. Represents JTF-SREC and TF 40-25 in engagements with key mission partners to synchronize intelligence efforts and ensure a unified approach. Produces and presents detailed threat assessments and operational intelligence products to senior leaders and Distinguished Visitors. Identifies transregional trends to illuminate operational opportunities. Directly supports processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks, aiding in efforts to dismantle, disrupt, and defeat those networks. Assists Project Manager with managing assigned contractors and refining analytical methodologies to enhance integrated intelligence and operational execution. Manages, mentors, and leads a team of subordinate contractors. Provides resources and guidance necessary for subordinates to excel in their roles and contribute to mission success. Assists the Project Manager’s efforts to feature and incorporate emerging analytical tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Other duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain interface with senior levels of Customer organizations and consult with Customers and Project Manager to formulate and review plans and deliverables ensuring conformity with program and project tasks.
  • Keep both Customer and the Contractor management abreast of issues, risks, and accomplishments.
  • Provide mentorship to junior level All Source, SIGINT, GEOINT, and HUMINT analysts.
  • Serve as an embedded Intelligence Analyst if required.
  • Analyze multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in target development of various threats and actors globally supporting USASOC and SOCOM Requirements.
  • Leverage and deliver the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, actionable, and understandable intelligence material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.
  • Conduct all-source research, analysis, and target development through various reporting, processes, and databases.
  • Teach, coach, and mentor supported SOF unit intelligence personnel to master these activities.
  • Supervise Analysts in the development of intelligence products as well as material and training solutions.
Qualifications
  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
  • A bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience, an associate degree and 15 years of experience, or 20 years of relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in intelligence coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
  • Experience in intelligence support to targeting and organizing global intelligence operations.
  • Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Desired
  • Experience supporting USASOC, USSOCOM, or Joint SOF organizations.
  • Ability to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
  • Experience conducting multi-domain analysis supporting Theater Special Operations Commands.
  • Experience in a deployed environment conducting intelligence analysis and production supporting SOF.

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is

$78,000 - $163,800
