Job summary

Noblis is seeking a SOCOM Test & Evaluation Lead to support the DoW STED Program, identifying, evaluating, and accelerating COTS tech for validated SOF capability gaps across the USSOCOM enterprise.

The role requires a former SOF operator with a strong network, capable of program management, technical writing, stakeholder engagement, and independent execution in a federal consulting context. Preference for Tampa area with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience (or Master's with 3 years).
• Prior military service with SOF or elite ops.
• Experience with USSOCOM/TSOCs or SOF organizations.
• Proven program management, technology evaluations, or capability development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive briefings and technical docs.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the STED Program's primary representative to the SOF enterprise.
• Build trusted relationships with government stakeholders, operational units, and defense industry partners.
• Identify mission requirements and execute technology evaluations to enhance readiness.
• Support senior DoW leadership and USSOCOM community relations.
