Job summary

Noblis seeks a SOCOM Test & Evaluation Lead to support the STED program, identifying and accelerating COTS tech across the SOF enterprise. The role requires deep operational background, Top Secret/SCI clearance, and the ability to engage government and industry partners at executive levels.

Ideal candidates have SOF experience, strong program management, and a network within USSOCOM. Location preference is Tampa, FL, with up to 50% travel and federal consultant discipline in execution.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
  • Prior military service supporting Special Operations Forces or similar units.
  • Experience with USSOCOM, TSOCs, or other SOF organizations.
  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across government, military, industry, and technology partners.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including executive briefings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and accelerate transition of COTS technologies addressing validated operational gaps across the SOF enterprise.
  • Serve as STED Program's primary representative to the SOF community, building trusted government relationships.
  • Engage stakeholders, support DoD leadership, and coordinate with defense industry partners to advance technology demonstrations.
  • Travel up to 50% to support assessments, demonstrations, and events.
