Noblis seeks a SOCOM Test & Evaluation Lead to support the DoW STED program, engaging USSOCOM and government stakeholders to accelerate COTS tech transitions for SOF operations. The role demands a former SOF operator with a strong network and proven program management capabilities.

Preferred residence near Tampa, FL to facilitate engagement; travel up to 50% and client-facing duties are expected, along with independent execution and robust technical writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience (or a Master's degree with 3 years).
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Prior military service supporting Special Operations Forces or other elite operational organizations.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with USSOCOM, TSOCs, or other SOF.
• Strong program and project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across government, military, defense industry, and technology partners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level briefings, technical documentation, white papers, and decision-support products.
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan, organize, and execute complex initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, and business development experience supporting DoW organizations.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and accelerate the transition of innovative COTS technologies addressing validated capability gaps across USSOCOM.
• Represent the STED Program to the SOF enterprise, building trusted relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners.
• Execute technology evaluations that enhance mission effectiveness, survivability, lethality, and readiness.
• Travel up to 50% to support operational assessments, demonstrations, and engagements.
• Provide independent program management, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement across complex initiatives.
