Job summary

Noblis seeks a SOCOM Test & Evaluation Lead to advance the DoW STED program, identifying and transitioning innovative COTS technologies for the SOF enterprise. The role is client-facing, coordinating with government stakeholders, USSOCOM, and industry partners to accelerate technology evaluations and capability delivery.

The ideal candidate has a SOF background, proven program management and communication skills, and is prepared for up to 50% travel to engage with DoD leadership and field

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, or 3+ with Master’s degree.
• Experience working with USSOCOM/TSOCs or other SOF.
• Strong program/project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, including executive briefings and technical docs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Former SOF operator experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the STED Program's primary representative to the SOF enterprise.
• Build trusted relationships with government stakeholders, operational units, and defense industry partners.
• Identify emerging mission requirements and execute technology evaluations to enhance warfighter capabilities.
• Support DoW leadership and USSOCOM with briefs and decision-support materials.
• Travel up to 50% for assessments, demonstrations, and engagements.
