Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a TDL Lead to manage USSOCOM requirements and oversee contractor staff at the Ft. Bragg site. The role emphasizes technical oversight, workforce management, and cross-functional team leadership across SOF operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of management experience in US Special Operations programs and holds an active Secret clearance. Occasional travel to support mission-critical functions is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent degree required.
• Five (5) or more years of management experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required to start.
• US Citizenship required.
• Travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Performs stakeholder management and acts as liaison to facilitate resourcing, prioritization, scheduling and performance management.
• Interfaces with Government site leaders and technical stakeholders on issues and project statuses.
• Collaborates with Government teams and end-users to ensure needs are understood and addressed; serves as main POC for site.
• Supports programmatic administration, reporting, quality assurance and all aspects of contractor staff management.
