Job summary

KBR is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Specialist at HQ AFSOC/Hurlburt Field, FL to design and administer physical training protocols for SOF personnel. The role focuses on maximizing performance, injury prevention, and safe return-to-training for injured staff. On-site relocation may be offered.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in an exercise-related field, CSCS or CSCCa certification, 5+ years of relevant experience, and U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication, both written and oral.
• CPR with AED certification.
• CSCS or CSCCa certification required/ preferred.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate strength and conditioning protocols for SOF personnel.
• Coordinate training with HP staff to safely return injured personnel to training.
• Develop programs for TDY/TAD or deployed personnel under supervision.
• Instruct on exercises, movements, and injury avoidance.
• Refer medical concerns to appropriate providers and maintain records.
