Job summary

KBR in Coronado, CA is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Specialist to design, implement, and monitor physical training programs for SOF personnel. You will guide exercises, movements, and injury prevention across garrison and deployment settings.

Required are a Secret/Top Secret clearance eligibility, a Bachelor's in a related field, and CSCS or CSCCa certification. Expect collaboration with HP staff and ongoing professional development with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• 5+ years of demonstrable experience developing performance programs for athletes/SOF operators.
• Bachelor’s degree in exercise science/health science/physical education.
• CSCS or CSCCa certification.
• Fluent English; CPR/AED certification; ability to lift 25 kg.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer strength and conditioning protocols for SOF personnel.
• Coordinate training programs with HP staff and manage injury rehabilitation transitions.
• Assist with SOP creation, equipment, and supply inventories; maintain records and QA functions.

Skills

CSCS or CSCCa certification

5+ years of experience in programing

English fluency

CPR/AED certification

Security clearance (Secret/TS)

Ability to lift 25 kg

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science/Health Science/Physical Education

NSCA CSCS or CSCCa certification

Master’s Degree in related field
