Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Specialist to design and administer high-performance training for SOF personnel in Fayetteville, NC. You will lead protocols, document outcomes, and coordinate with HP staff to ensure safe return to training after injuries.

The role requires CSCS or CSCCA certification, a 5+ year track record, and ability to lift up to 25 kg in austere environments. We emphasize safety, compliance with standards, and collaboration with medical and POTFF teams

Qualifications

CSCS or CSCCA certification is required or preferred.
Minimum 5 years in developing sport/mission-specific performance programs.
CPR with AED training certification.

Responsibilities

Establish and administer strength and conditioning protocols to maximize SOF performance.
Design, evaluate, and document effects of training protocols under supervision.
Coordinate training programs with HP staff to ensure safe return to training after injury.
Develop programs for TDY/TAD or deployed personnel under supervision.
Demonstrate and instruct training exercises and injury avoidance.
Refer to medical providers for evaluation when new conditions arise.
Assist in developing SOPs, guidelines, and training protocols including safety.
Participate in meetings to review and improve training programs.
Maintain utilization/workload records and participate in education programs.
Develop and promulgate training materials per HP leadership.
Assist with supply inventories for the HP program.
