Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking an experienced Strength and Conditioning Specialist to optimize SOF personnel performance. You will design, implement and assess training protocols, supervise TDY/deployed programs, and use analytics to report outcomes under HP leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in exercise science, health science, or physical education-related discipline.
• Current certification by NSCA as CSCS or CSCCa (CSCCa) is required.
• Maintenance of one of these certifications required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in developing long and short-range performance programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and refine strength and conditioning protocols to maximize SOF personnel performance.
• Design and evaluate training protocols under HP program leadership.
• Track and report training effects using basic statistics and analytics.
• Coordinate training programs with HP staff to safely return injured personnel to training.
• Supervise design and implementation of training for TDY/TAD or deployed personnel.
• Develop and implement efficient S&C program creation using software and technologies.
• Demonstrate and instruct on exercises, movements and injury avoidance.
• Refer personnel with new or undiagnosed medical conditions to medical providers.
• Develop SOPs, guidelines and training protocols, including safe equipment use.
• Attend and participate in meetings to review and improve programs.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain records; participate in QA functions.
