Job summary

Loyal Source seeks a highly qualified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to optimize performance for SOF personnel. You will design, implement, and document training programs under the HP program Manager, focusing on safety, effectiveness, and timely return-to-duty after injuries.

The role requires CSCS or CSCCA certification, CPR/AED, and at least 5 years’ experience in performance programming at high-performance levels. On-site work in Florida with strong collaboration with medical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited exercise science, health science, or physical education discipline.
• NSCA CSCS or CSCCA SCCC certification is required and certification maintenance is ongoing.

Responsibilities

• Establish and administer strength and conditioning protocols for SOF personnel.
• Design and document effects of training protocols under supervision.
• Coordinate training programs to safely return personnel to training after injury.
• Provide instruction on training movements and injury avoidance.
• Refer medical concerns to providers for evaluation and treatment.
• Develop SOPs, guidelines, and training protocols including equipment safety.
• Participate in meetings to review and improve training programs.
• Maintain records of utilization, workload, and education participation.
• Assist with supply inventories and input on HP program needs.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are safe and organized.
