Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Clinical Psychologist at Fort Benning, GA to provide operational psychology services for SOF teams. The role includes direct clinical service, evaluation, and program development to enhance readiness and resiliency.

Sign-on bonus up to $10K may be available for qualified candidates; relocation is offered. Must possess U.S. citizenship and be eligible for a security clearance. Relocation and benefits comprehensive support are highlighted by KBR.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must obtain a U.S. Security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) or be eligible.
• Doctorate in clinical or counseling psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited college/university.
• Successful completion of an APA-accredited internship/residency.
• Minimum two years of independent clinical practice within the past five years.
• Must meet credentialing requirements and obtain privileges at the military facility.
• Current, full, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the U.S. or territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop resiliency programs to support service member readiness.
• Conduct psychological evaluations using clinical interviews, testing, and collateral data.
• Practice within licensing board, APA ethics, and facility privileges.
• Provide diagnoses and psychological treatment for individuals and groups; assist rehabilitation.
