Job summary

KBR Careers is seeking a Special Operations Clinical Psychologist for an AFSOC unit at Ft Bragg, NC. The role provides clinical services to SOF, conducts evaluations, and develops resiliency programs to support readiness and rehabilitation. The candidate must hold a PhD or PsyD in clinical/counseling psychology, complete APA-accredited internship, possess an active U.S.

license, and be eligible for DoD clearances. Relocation is offered.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Completion of APA-accredited internship/residency.
• Current unrestricted psychology license in any U.S. state/territory.
• Citizenship and clearance eligibility for DoD access.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice in mental health settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop resiliency programs to prevent and treat behavioral health issues and support readiness.
• Conduct psychological evaluations using interviews, testing, and collateral sources.
• Practice within licensing boards, APA ethics, and MTF credentialing guidelines.
• Diagnose and provide individual and group psychological treatment, aiding rehabilitation.
