Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Special Operations Performance Dietitian to provide expert nutrition guidance to SOF personnel at MacDill AFB, Florida. The role emphasizes evidence-based counseling, program design, and collaboration with the POTFF team.

The position offers relocation support and requires US citizenship with security clearance eligibility. Candidates should hold a Master’s in Nutrition Science, be an ADA-registered RD, and possess CSSD certification, with 3+ years of performance nutrition

Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship.
• Requires Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Master’s degree in Nutrition Science or related field.
• RD with ADA and CSSD certifications.
• Minimum 3+ years as a Performance Dietitian with athletes/SOF or comparable settings.
• Fluent English communications (oral and written).
• Must maintain fitness and BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional planning, counseling, and documentation guided by evidence-based literature.
• Advise command on nutrition and performance nutrition issues.
• Develop and implement nutrition programs for SOF personnel in various settings.
• Ensure records are updated and maintain data in EHR systems.
• Collaborate with HP program Manager/Coordinator to implement new protocols.
• Attend meetings with POTFF staff and medical personnel as required.
