Qualifications

• B.S. Degree required; Masters desired.
• Graduate of Command and General Staff College or equivalent is preferred.
• Former SOF officer or senior NCO with relevant SOF experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and build major exercise planning schedules for MARSOC component programs.
• Coordinate exercise participation with government and non-government organizations, joint and coalition forces, and DOD agencies.
• Develop and coordinate planning for integrating OPFOR/SITFOR role players into SOF exercises.
• Lead MSEL conferences and ensure the exercise scenario remains aligned with JELC and JMSEL requirements.
