Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking an Advanced Skills Training Manager to support a federal government client in Camp Lejeune, NC. The role involves overseeing daily program tasks, developing detailed work plans, and coordinating with COR and civilian authorities on training requirements.

Required to have 5+ years of SOF operations or intelligence experience, overseas SOF ops, and TS/SCI clearance. Strong planning, communication, and contracting familiarity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SOF operations or intelligence experience from graduation.
• Experience planning comprehensive SOCOM exercises (OPs, ISR, logistics).
• Overseas SOF operational experience with sensitive missions.
• Familiarity with contracting processes and compliance.
• TS/SCI security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and administration of program tasks.
• Develop detailed work plans and schedules for training programs.
• Utilize, control, and manage contract travel.
• Attend planning meetings and ensure timeline submission compliance.
• Input unit mission training requirements related to the PTP Program.
• Coordinate reconciliation of individual task orders with the COR.
• Coordinate deployment, redeployment, and training changes for designated elements.
• Coordinate scenario-based training to evaluate integration of multiple intelligence operations.
• Interact with civilian authorities and law enforcement; manage Realistic Military Training requirements and logistics.
• Manage advanced skills school coordination and related requirements.
