Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Operational Psychologist to provide clinical and operational psychology support to SOF units, developing resiliency programs and advancing readiness in high-stakes environments.

The role requires a PhD or PsyD in psychology, APA‑accredited internship, two years of post‑doctoral experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance; travel and challenging hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in clinical or counseling psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA‑accredited program.
• Internship/Residency in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and direct support in assessment, readiness, and performance enhancement for SOF personnel.
• Conduct, administer, and interpret a full spectrum of psychological assessments and consulting with command personnel.
• Baseline and post-event neuropsychological screening and data analysis to monitor trends in psychological health.
