Job summary

KBR in Dam Neck, VA is seeking a Special Operations Clinical Psychologist to provide expert clinical services to SOF and support service member readiness and resiliency.

The role requires a PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology, APA‑accredited internship/residency, U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a clearance, and relocation is offered. The psychologist will perform evaluations, provide treatment, and collaborate with medical teams in a mission‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology (APA-accredited).
• APA-accredited internship/residency completed.
• At least 2 years of peer-reviewed clinical work experience.
• Licensure to practice psychology in a US jurisdiction.
• Ability to obtain privileges at the servicing military facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop resiliency programs to support service member readiness.
• Conduct psychological evaluations using interviews, testing, and collateral data.
• Practice within licensure, APA ethics, and MTF privileges.
• Establish diagnoses and provide individual/group psychological treatment.
