Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Special Operations Clinical Psychologist to provide expert clinical services and operational psychology support to special operations forces.

You will lead evaluations, resiliency planning, and psychotherapeutic interventions while aligning with APA, licensure, and service policies. Required credentials include a doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD), APA-accredited internship/residency, licensure in a US state, and the ability to obtain or maintain the necessary security

Qualifications

• Doctorate in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Internship/Residency completed and APA-accredited.
• Current, full, active licensure to practice psychology in US jurisdictions.
• Ability to obtain/maintain required security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services and technical guidance in operational psychology to SOF.
• Develop, plan and initiate resiliency programs to support service member readiness and well-being.
• Conduct psychological evaluations using interviews, testing, and collateral sources as appropriate.
• Practice within state licensing board requirements, APA Ethics, and MTF privileges.
• Establish psychiatric diagnoses and deliver individual and group psychological treatment; support rehabilitation where needed.
