Job summary

Bailey Information Technology, LLC, based in Lansing, MI, seeks a Liaison and Director of Special Operations Integrator to bridge conventional forces and SOF during the Northern Strike exercise lifecycle. The role focuses on SOF planning expertise, mentorship, and providing guidance across the exercise life cycle.

You will manage special operations planning, present requests to approval authorities, coordinate with DoD agencies, and support training evolution through Joint exercise processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plans and coordination of joint air control in a Joint Operations Area for a CALFEX.
• Experience supporting Mission Command at Brigade level or higher in the last 5 years.
• Working knowledge of MDMP and JOPP; familiarity with related doctrine and procedures.
• Must hold or be able to obtain SECRET security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as advisor to units and act as liaison to conventional forces for SOF participants.
• Coordinate interoperability and integration of Joint, Combined, and Coalition Forces using special operations TTPs.
• Review METs to align with Joint Mission Essential Tasks for Special Forces Integration and ensure feasible resource handoffs.
• Coordinate external support from DoD and non-government agencies; liaise with JAGIC/SOF LNO for approvals and execution.
