Job summary

Bailey Information Technology, LLC is seeking a LADS Integrator for the Michigan Army National Guard’s Northern Strike exercise. The role focuses on liaison between conventional forces and SOF, providing planning expertise and mentorship throughout the exercise lifecycle.

The position requires extensive travel (approximately 15 trips/year) and active SECRET clearance; telework is allowed up to 2 days/week. Regular duties include coordinating with DoD agencies and developing after-action

Qualifications

• Strategic liaison between conventional forces and SOF.
• Experience coordinating joint/combined operations.
• Familiarity with MDMP and JOPP processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise units and act as liaison to conventional forces for SOF integration.
• Coordinate external support and training with DoD and non-government agencies.
• Lead planning and synchronization of SOF tasks with joint exercises (NSP G CALFEX).
• Attend JELC meetings and develop products for rotational training units.
• Document lessons learned and support after-action reporting (JLLIS).
• Coordinate with SOF Centers of Excellence to refine future exercises.
