Job summary

Planned Systems International seeks an AFSOC Air Commando Course / Field Skills Instructor to join the team at Hurlburt Field, FL. The instructor will teach across the 371 SOCTS portfolio, following approved curricula, and will incorporate current TTPs and standards.

The role includes flying mission aircraft to support training and mentoring peers. The candidate must have a military background in special operations, maintain security clearance, and demonstrate expertise in field tactics and

Qualifications

• Active security clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• At least an associate's degree; higher is desired.
• 8+ years in US DoD special operations.
• 2+ years in advanced tactical training.
• Experience with field skills training, TTPs, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Instruct across the 371 SOCTS training portfolio.
• Conduct training per syllabi and Plans of Instruction.
• Fly mission aircraft and use firearms to support training missions.
• Mentor students and junior instructors; develop manuals.
