Job summary

Planned Systems International (PSI) seeks an experienced AFSOC Air Commando Course / Field Skills Instructor to join our team at Hurlburt Field, FL. You will instruct the 371 SOCTS portfolio and support customer training with a crawl-walk-run approach, using current battlefield TTPs and approved curricula.

The role requires active DoD Special Operations experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to fly mission aircraft while delivering high-quality field skills instruction and mentoring to

Qualifications

• Active security clearance required or the ability to obtain one for access to classified information.
• Minimum 8 years of U.S. DoD experience in Special Operations within the last 6 years.
• 2+ years of advanced tactical training experience and field skills instruction.
• Direct experience in multiple tactical disciplines and as a subject matter expert.
• Capable of acting as a role player/OPFOR and flying on mission aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Instruct across disciplines within the 371 SOCTS training portfolio per syllabi.
• Execute training plans and create/manufacture procedures and manuals.
• Fly mission aircraft and utilize firearms to support training missions.
• Mentor students and peer instructors; pass SME exam for Field Skills qualification.
• Occasionally serve as role player or OPFOR and travel for TDY as needed.
