Job summary

Planned Systems International (PSI) seeks an AFSOC Air Commando Course / Field Skills Instructor to deliver training at Hurlburt Field, FL. You will instruct across the 371 SOCTS portfolio, adapt to dynamic missions, and develop manuals while mentoring peers.

You will maintain currency in small arms and aircrew tasks, participate in TDY as needed, and contribute to a high-standard training environment aligned with approved curricula.

Qualifications

• Active T3 investigation or higher with ability to obtain necessary clearances.
• Regionally accredited associate’s degree (higher preferable).
• 8+ years DoD experience in Special Operations.
• 2+ years advanced tactical training experience.

Responsibilities

• Instruct in all disciplines within the 371 SOCTS training portfolio.
• Execute training per syllabi and Plans of Instruction.
• Fly mission aircraft and use firearms to support training missions.
• Occasionally serve as role player or OPFOR.
• Pass annual SME exam for Field Skills qualification and complete AIC via CCAF.
• Develop training manuals and mentor students and fellow instructors.
