Job summary

Planned Systems International (PSI) seeks an AFSOC Air Commando Course / Field Skills Instructor to join our team at Hurlburt Field, FL. The selected candidate will instruct the courses within the 371 SOCTS tasking portfolio and any additional training events at the request and in support of the customer.

Instruction will follow a crawl-walk-run approach, incorporating latest TTPs and AF curriculums; must monitor training, ensure proficiency, and standardization per approved curriculum.

Qualifications

• Active T3 clearance eligibility to access classified information.
• Associate degree or higher completed.
• 5–6 years of US DoD experience in Special Operations (past 6 years).
• Minimum 8 years of U.S. DoD Special Operations experience.
• 2+ years of advanced tactical training experience.
• Experience with Advanced Tactical Weapons and Tactical Casualty Care.
• Subject matter expert in field skills training.
• Capable of supporting as a role player/OPFOR and TDY travel.

Responsibilities

• Instruct disciplines within the 371 SOCTS training portfolio.
• Execute training per syllabi and plans of instruction.
• Fly mission aircraft and use firearms to support training missions.
• Mentor students and peers; develop manuals and procedures.
• Pass annual SME exam for Field Skills and complete AIC via CCAF.
