Job summary

The Ascendancy Group in Kentucky is seeking a SOF Desk Officer to provide SA case management support and HUMINT oversight for 1st Special Forces Command and SAMMC, aligning with Intelligence Community, Service, and Joint SOF policies. You will manage case documentation, monitor security controls, and coordinate with IC partners to enhance mission execution.

Candidates must hold a Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information clearance, a bachelor's degree with 4+ years HUMINT desk experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years HUMINT/desk experience or 8+ years related work experience.
• Experience with HUMINT reporting, processing, and collection requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise in GCOMS/G2G cable reporting, quality checking, and evaluation.
• Familiarity with portals and real-time knowledge/collection management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a SOF Desk Officer.
• Provide support for dataflow management requests and support teams.
• Advise on internal/external requirements policies, processes, and procedures.
• Review HUMINT operational reporting and standard IC formats/inputs.
• Ensure compliance with MACOM and DIA policies and guidance.
• Assist SA and HUMINT case management as focal point for operational reporting.
• Maintain reporting metrics to support SAMMC mission.
• Utilize intelligence tools for qualitative review of platform performance.
• Support monthly HUMINT reporting metrics.
• Monitor and track requirements documentation actions.
• Implement efficient data management processes and ensure data quality.
• Solicit, analyze, document, and facilitate prioritization and validation of analyst needs.
• Provide real-time updates of collection requirements through databases.
