Job summary

Endurion in Tampa, FL is seeking a Community Resource Coordinator to plan and oversee family and community support programs across the SOF enterprise, identify service gaps, and build relationships with internal and external support agencies to strengthen the resilience of the unit and its families.

The role requires coordinating peer support networks, recruiting trained counselors, collecting data, and reporting outcomes to USSOCOM standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years' related experience in social services or family life coordination.
• Willing to receive training in peer support counseling and community resources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to document encounters per USSOCOM standards.
• Maintain 100% compliance with local mandatory command training.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee peer support networks for assigned commands.
• Recruit active-duty and family-member peer support counselors; ensure they are vetted and trained to USSOCOM CRC standards.
• Collect and report data to evaluate peer support and community-based programs.
• Identify and document program/service needs; develop needs-based programming for specific demographic groups and locations.
• Conduct or support family orientation, outreach and referrals, pre-/post-deployment preparation and reintegration, and family and single-member enhancement activities.
• Support unit career transition programs, suicide prevention and cognitive agility training.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of DoW resources (Military OneSource, MFLC, personal financial counselors, Military Crisis Line).
• Support command liaison and communications functions under government direction.
