Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Community Resource Coordinator to support USSOCOM community and peer programs, advancing well-being for service members and families. You will coordinate across units, advise on policy, and improve program efficacy while collaborating with leadership and external agencies.

The role involves travel to component locations, training peer mentors, and providing field guidance to CRCCs and staff across regions and commands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field or four years’ experience in social service coordination.
• Minimum of four years coordinating social service education programs.
• Secret or Top-Secret clearance, or ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison for USSOCOM and advisor for Component CRCs.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate and monitor community and peer mentoring programs.
• Advise on development of policy and procedural reviews for program efficacy.
