Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Clinical Psychologist to deliver operational psychology services for SOF at Fort Carson, CO. The role includes developing resiliency programs and performing clinical evaluations to support readiness and recovery of service members.

Requirements include US citizenship, APA-accredited credentialing, and license to practice psychology, with potential to obtain DoD privileges.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• PhD/PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• APA-accredited internship/residency completed.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical work experience in the past 5 years.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted psychology licensure in the US.
• Ability to obtain practice privileges at a military treatment facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and initiate resiliency programs for service member readiness and wellbeing.
• Conduct psychological evaluations using interviews, testing, and collateral data.
• Practice under state licensing, APA ethics, and facility privileges.
• Diagnose and provide psychological treatment for individuals and groups.

Education

PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology (APA-accredited)

APA-accredited internship/residency

US citizenship

Active psychology license (US state/territory)

Ability to obtain DoD facility privileges

Clinical psychology experience (2+ years in last 5 years)
