Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to deliver comprehensive psychological services for SOF mission readiness, resilience, and performance. The role supports behavioral health, selection, and performance training while serving service members and their families.

Residency near designated locations is preferred; U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance are required. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, evidence-based practice, and ethical guidelines adherence.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from APA-accredited program.
• The candidate must have an advanced psychology degree with licensure eligibility.
• Internship/residency in psychology accredited by APA is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert psychological consultation and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of psychology-based programs and initiatives.
• Develop assessment methodologies to support organizational and workforce objectives.
• Conduct psychological evaluations and provide actionable recommendations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to colleagues and clients.

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
