Job summary

Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services that support mission readiness, resilience, and performance for service members and their families.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, providing psychological treatment, and generating reports while adhering to APA ethics and state licensing requirements. A PhD or PsyD with APA accreditation is required, plus internship experience and active practice hours.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Predoctoral internship in psychology must be completed; postdoctoral fellowship/residency not substituting.
• Minimum of 500 hours of active practice in the past 3 years; government setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice within state licensing board guidelines and APA ethical principles.
• Conduct psychological evaluations using interviews, testing, and collateral sources.
• Establish psychiatric diagnoses per DSM; provide individual and group psychological treatment.
• Produce evaluation and treatment reports as required.
