Qualifications

• PhD or ABD in Sociology or closely related discipline.
• Active postsecondary teaching and research or publication record.
• Demonstrated professional experience developing assessment tasks and rubrics.
• Strong knowledge of pedagogy, Bloom's taxonomy, and other assessment frameworks.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize research and turn complex sociological theory into actionable educational content.
• Experience reviewing work objectively and delivering constructive feedback.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to academic rigor and clarity.
