Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Sociology, Social Sciences, or closely related field.
• Strong English language to follow guidelines and communicate clearly.
• 3+ years of sociology research or related workflows.
• Strong understanding of sociological theory, inequality, and social concepts.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check sociology items and provide ongoing feedback.
• Sociology review: evaluate explanations, theory applications, and demographic interpretations.
• Trainer/QA communication: update trainers on new guidelines and quality standards.
• Question handling: respond clearly to sociological questions.
• Activation management: DM inactive contributors and track follow-ups.
• Documentation: create and maintain sociology project docs and guides.
• Onboarding and training: run onboarding calls and explain expectations.
• Quality alignment: ensure consistent application of review guidelines.
• Bias and ethics review: flag stereotyping or ethically problematic analysis.
• Process improvement: identify gaps and propose scalable QA processes.
