Job summary

Protouch Staffing seeks a dedicated Social Worker / Therapist in Norfolk, VA for an intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization setting. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a full-time schedule.

The role involves conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy. A Master’s degree and Virginia license are required, plus experience in PHP/IOP and DBT.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and Virginia licensure required.
• Active Virginia license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHC) required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with mental health diagnoses.
• Experience in PHP and/or IOP settings required.
• Group therapy experience required.
• DBT proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Manage an assigned client caseload and monitor progress.
• Facilitate specialized therapeutic groups.
