As a Social Worker, you will be a vital member of each patient’s core care team. Life on dialysis can be challenging for many patients—your support and advocacy will make a difference. You will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial aspects of End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements:

• Meet all state regulations required to practice in a dialysis setting.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a clinical specialization.
• Knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and proficiency with DaVita-specific applications within 60 days.

Salary/Wage Range

$71,800 - $115,000 per year
