Job summary

Liquid Personnel is seeking a Social Worker to join the Support and Safeguarding team for the London Borough of Camden. The successful candidate will provide support and safeguarding services to vulnerable adults, assessing needs, developing care plans, and implementing safeguarding measures.

You will collaborate with service users, families, and professionals, maintain records, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Post-qualified experience.
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults' needs and risks.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
• Monitor and review care plans regularly to meet changing needs.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare providers, law enforcement, and community organizations.
• Respond to safeguarding concerns and take appropriate action to protect vulnerable adults.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions.
• Provide emotional and practical support to service users and their families.
• Advocate for the rights and needs of vulnerable adults.
• Participate in regular training and professional development activities.

Liquid Personnel is seeking a Social Worker to join the Support and Safeguarding team for it client located at London Borough of Camden. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and safeguarding services to vulnerable adults, ensuring their well-being and protection. This role involves working closely with individuals, families, and other professionals to assess needs, develop care plans, and implement safeguarding measures.
