Job summary

Saugus Rehab & Nursing Center in Saugus, MA is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our skilled nursing team. The role requires understanding of long-term care needs and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

LCSW or LICSW is strongly preferred, but experienced non-licensed candidates with SNF experience will be considered. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule.

About the Role

Saugus Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our skilled nursing team. We’re looking for someone who understands the needs of long-term care residents and families and works well with an interdisciplinary team.

LCSW or LICSW is strongly preferred, but we will consider experienced non-licensed candidates with strong SNF experience.

The Social Worker reports to the Administrator and works closely with our regional team.

Compensation & Growth

Compensation ranges from $50,000–$130,000 based on licensure, SNF experience, and responsibilities. Experienced licensed candidates may have the opportunity to support two facilities, with compensation reflecting the expanded role.
