Schedule: Tue–Fri 08:00AM–03:00PM (School-Based); Mon 08:00AM–3:30PM (Office Day); Up to 2 Remote Days Per Month
Compensation: $64,126 per year

Job Overview
- Seeking a School-Based Social Worker (MSW) to support elementary school students in Dutchess County, NY.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide substance abuse and violence prevention and intervention services.
- Conduct screenings, assessments, intakes, and referrals.
- Deliver individual and small group counseling using evidence‑based approaches.
- Facilitate classroom‑based educational sessions.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Lead parent and faculty workshops.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and clinical teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Population Served
- Elementary school students (K–8).
- Presenting concerns include social anxiety, academic challenges, emotional regulation, early mental health concerns, and experimentation with alcohol or substances.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or school‑based/community mental health.
- Interest in prevention‑focused, school‑based work.
