Job summary

The Advocate Healthcare Center of East Boston is seeking a strong leader to head the Social Services Department and drive high-quality care for residents. You will plan, evaluate, and direct all social work activities while coordinating admissions and discharges with clinical teams.

Ideal candidates hold an MSW or LICSW, with prior leadership and long-term care experience, and thrive in a fast-paced facility with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• LICSW or MSW preferred.
• Experience in social services in a long-term care setting.
• Leadership experience preferred.
